Our cancellation & refund policy:
Development Centre, Elite squads and Academy squads
cannot be changed between children or families. Refunds will only be issued on medical grounds, supported by a letter from you Doctor; these will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Refund will not be given for changing minds, or not being able to attend.

Fixtures, tours, tournaments are strictly non refundable due to initial booking costs afforded to Kent Elite, if players sign up to such events and are sick or unable to attend Kent Elite may be able to fill their position but in general those fees would be non refundable.
