The Kent Elite development centre focuses on developing players from age 6 up to 16, building confidence is our goal, we want players to play the game the way it should be played with out fear of receiving the ball or playing whilst under pressure.

The main focus is improving technical ability, working towards player improvement on ball mastery, ball manipulation, touch direction and ball control.  Academy players are given clear pathway goals to develop their understanding of decision making and situations that link into the game.
